Matthew Gunn

I believe that we all were designed by God for resilience, growth, and healing. I believe that through support, reflection, and exploration everyone can unlock the strength God has given within to move from struggling to flourishing. Through my degrees from CIU in Youth Ministry and Bible, as well as certificates from Light University in Professional Life Coaching, Youth Mental Health Coaching, Marriage and Family, and Professional Mental Health Coaching, I am able to partner with clients as they grow beyond where they are and move towards where they want to be. By helping the client clarify what they want to accomplish, working with them to establish their own goals, creating positive habits, and challenging faulty thinking, I assist my clients as they take steps towards transformation. Having spent much of my life struggling with mental health I am passionate about helping others disrupt the cycle.
